When you submit a booking request, create an account, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: full name, email address, phone number, tour date, number of guests, and any message you send us. If you create an account, we also store your password in encrypted (hashed) form — we never store or have access to your plain-text password.
2. How We Use It
We use this information to process and confirm your booking, communicate with you about your tour, respond to enquiries, and — if you have an account — let you view and manage your own bookings. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Cookies & Local Storage
This site uses your browser's local storage to remember your language preference and to keep you signed in between visits. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
4. Sharing
We share booking details only with the operational partners needed to deliver your tour (e.g. drivers, camps), and never for marketing purposes without your consent.
5. Data Retention
We keep booking and account records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal/accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us using the details below.
