1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or booking a tour through City Light Tourism ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or book a tour with us.
2. Bookings & Payment
Booking requests submitted through this site are requests, not confirmed bookings, until we contact you to confirm availability, final pricing, and pickup details. Prices shown are per person unless stated otherwise and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
3. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be confirmed with you at the time of booking. Cancellations made close to the tour date may not be eligible for a full refund, at our discretion, due to third-party costs already committed (vehicles, camps, entertainment).
4. Assumption of Risk & Safety
Desert safari activities — including dune bashing, camel riding, sandboarding, and quad biking where offered — carry inherent physical risk. You confirm that you are physically fit to participate, will follow all safety instructions from our guides and drivers, and participate at your own risk. Guests with medical conditions, pregnancy, or recent injuries should consult a doctor before booking and inform us in advance.
5. Your Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest from a tour, without refund, whose conduct endangers themselves, other guests, or our staff.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, City Light Tourism is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your booking, or for delays and changes caused by weather, government restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, photos, and branding — belongs to City Light Tourism or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
